Welcome to Zaragoza! La Ostrería is the first tapas bar in Zaragoza specialised in the best European oysters. Our bar is located in the city centre, in Calle Santa Joaquina de Vedruna, 27, right next to the shopping district, so you can enjoy some tapas right after your tour in the city. It’s also well-connected with the tranvia and several bus lines including Ci2, 51 and 34 to the Delicias Station in Zaragoza.
If it’s your first time eating oysters, don’t hesitate to ask our experts which oysters you should try. They can help you with your order (in English!) as well as recommending the oysters that best match your personal preferences, no matter if it’s your first time or if you are already familiarised with them.

Our mission is to introduce oysters to our customers as a tapa that they can enjoy at any moment of the day. Eating tapas is crucial to understand Spanish gastronomy. For that reason, we serve affordable tapas specialised in oysters paired with the best Aragonese and Spanish cava and wine. This is a great way to experience the gastronomy of the country and try the famous tapas, different from the typical pincho de tortilla and pan con tomate.
Here at La Ostrería, we have special monthly offers on seasonal oysters with a drink of your choice like wine, cava or champagne. We recommend the best Spanish oysters from the regions of Galicia, Asturias and Alicante, as well as the international oysters that come all the way from France, the Netherlands and Ireland. Ask our experts about the best oysters that you can find, in season, and pair them with our selection of cavas and wines for a match made in heaven!

Like any typical Spanish tapas bar, we haven’t forgotten about the other tapas following the oyster tasting. Oysters can be presented with caviar, fresh shrimp from the Spanish city of Huelva or the famous jamón ibérico. Other typical Spanish seafood tapas aside from oysters that you can try at our restaurant is anchovies, marinade mussels, cooked shrimps, smoked sturgeon, trout eggs as well as caviar delicatessen.
If oysters are not your thing or you want to skip seafood completely, you can also try our delicious meat tapas of jamón ibérico de bellota, tasty chorizo, Manchego cheese, quail thighs and the famous ternasco from the Aragonese cuisine—lamb with tomato or pine nut sauce.

If you are looking for the best tapas bar specialised in oysters in Zaragoza with a great selection of Spanish tapas, La Ostrería is the bar for you. Come to our bar and live the Spanish tapas experience in a way you have never done before by trying oyster tapas as well as tapas of the Aragonese cuisine.
